Behind the Scenes: Livestreaming Exness Week

A high-impact hybrid livestream between Cyprus and Kuala Lumpur, two days of seamless broadcasting, and four days of meticulous setup and rehearsals—this was an event that required precision, teamwork, and a whole lot of collaboration across time zones.

Live streaming across different locations isn’t just about the technical setup—it’s about people working together to make it happen. The time difference between Cyprus and Malaysia meant that every detail had to be locked in early in the morning on our end to give the Malaysia team enough time to review, rehearse, and adjust before their day ended. Noon for us was already after-hours for them, so efficiency was key.

The Events Managers on both sides played a vital role in keeping everything on track, making sure communication flowed smoothly, and ensuring no detail was left to chance. Their coordination, quick decision-making, and ability to adapt made all the difference in delivering a world-class event.
