[ The problem ]

CyprusSound is not client work. It is our own product, built from zero and run as owners: a live music discovery platform where every gig, every venue and every artist worth knowing surfaces the day it matters. It exists on the site for one reason: when we tell a client we build systems, this is one anyone can open and use.

[ What we did ]

01Built the platform from zero on a lean modern stack: a custom Supabase backend, server-rendered pages, and a PWA that installs to the home screen.
02Automated the content ingestion, so gigs, venues and artists stay current without a manual editorial team behind them.
03Structured every surface for search: venue and artist pages engineered to rank for the island's music queries.
04Operate it as owners: onboarding venues and artists across the island, with follows, leaderboards and dashboards for the people who run the scene.

[ Outcome ]

CyprusSound is live: 59 venues and 62 artists across the scene, from basement clubs to amphitheatres, with tonight's gigs surfaced city by city. It is the standing proof behind the Ventures pillar: the same strategy, systems and build capability we sell is running our own product in public.
