We made the film, then ran the day live.
The Cyprus Cancer Research Institute was unveiling a landmark new building, with the President of the Republic and senior public figures in attendance. It was a single fixed moment: a reveal film that had to work first time, and a live opening that had to be run, captured and streamed without a hitch. Normally that splits across a production company and a separate AV supplier. We did all of it, with one team.
- 01Produced the introduction film in the run-up: concept, shoot, edit, finish, ready to premiere at the ceremony.
- 02Built the live show in the room: LED screens, sound and lighting for the reveal.
- 03Shot on Sony FX6 for the dynamic range a heavily backlit outdoor setting demanded.
- 04Ran the livestream, multi-camera video, photography and a drone across the day.
The film and the live opening were delivered by one team, end to end, on the day. No handoff between a production company and an AV supplier, no gap where the brief gets lost. The reveal landed, and the moment reached everyone who could not be in the room.
