A week of content, broadcast live across two countries.

[ The problem ]

Exness runs a company-wide week of programming for a global team. The challenge was not a single show but a run of them, live between Cyprus and Kuala Lumpur, with presenters in both locations and one standard across every session. On a live multi-day event for a global brand, going down is not an option.

[ What we did ]
  1. 01Built a hybrid livestream linking the Cyprus stage and presenters in the Kuala Lumpur office into one show.
  2. 02Engineered full redundancy: a second server ready to take over instantly, plus backup mixer and cameras at every stage.
  3. 03Rehearsed and choreographed over two days with the client's event manager so every session ran to the same standard.
  4. 04Ran it live across multiple days from one control room.
[ Outcome ]

The week ran live across two countries at a single standard, with zero dropouts, because every critical stage had a backup ready to take over instantly. One system, two sites, one control room.
