Two rooms, one production team.
Cloud Tech Expo is Chrisons Technologies' flagship event: the first and only tradeshow in Cyprus dedicated to cloud technologies, with global partners in the room. We have run it two years running, alongside our staging partner Eventechpro. The first year was the main stage: presentations and content cut to a large LED screen in real time so the room always saw the right thing at the right moment. This year the brief grew, and a second room became a working podcast studio, recording the day as it happened.
- 01Ran the main room with our partner Eventechpro across both years: staging, a 6 by 3 metre LED screen, and a dedicated engineer cutting each presentation and content source to the screen in real time.
- 02Ran a multi-camera setup with a vision mixer and multiview, so the operator could switch cleanly between presenters, slides and content on the room's screen.
- 03As the requirements grew this year, built and ran a podcast studio in a second room across the whole day.
- 04Recorded interviews with attendees, sponsors and speakers on the topics driving the expo.
Two years in, the brief has grown from a single stage to two rooms running at once: the main stage always showing the room the right content at the right moment, and a podcast studio turning the day's attendees and sponsors into recorded content. One team, both rooms.
